The eggs are the size of 2 tictac.I think the nest is too small.and I do believe you can go living all your life and not ever seen a humming birds nest,it's just so well camo.

i guess but also its been very windy and what if they fall out or another bird hurts them or some other animal i just want them to be ok and its been more than 3 days .

Best to do nothing. In this video the "mom" was gone for three days, but as you can see it all worked out just fine.

yah well take care of it and watch it and if there is no mother around you might have to take care of it i hope it will live a long and happy life

i hope so too and who knows if it was so attached to you it might come back one day but it will live a long and happy life i hope you see it again i miss the ones that lived in my backyard they are gone now but we got more outside but the mom has been gone for over two days and the kids are still in eggs i dont know what to do so if you know anything please tell me .

aww i had hummingbirds once i first noticed them when one of the babies fell down so after i found a nest where it fell i looked in and found one just like it so i put it in they grew up happy and soon left the nest i remenber my dad showed me a hummingbird nest in the backyard.weeks later i noticed it was bigger i looked in and found 2 h.b eggs they still havent hatched though but the mother has been taking good care of them alot shes there like all day and usually she only there at night

I found a baby hummingbird today. It flew like 2 feet and got tired and I just felt so proud. Hopefully soon it'll be able to fly away :D
